I'm a psychologist with over 10 years of experience helping people manage stress and improve their mental wellbeing. I graduated in London. Over the years, I've worked with both young people and adults in different areas of the mental health field..
My work has included providing one-to-one consultations, mental wellbeing practices and creating programs designed to support emotional health and personal growth. My experiences expand working in Municipality Health Bureau, where I developed programs to help people feel more balanced, focused and in control of their lives.
